There are a couple of things about Newgrounds that have been kinda bothering me lately, and have made me distance myself from the site. I'll write about them here for nobody to care about:

1. Being a BBS mod
I just realized there's no reason for me to keep being a BBS mod here... I don't spend at all as much time on the forums as I used to, and when I do, I feel kinda paralyzed by the mod status because I feel I have to scan the forum for illegitimate posts before I can actually post about something I care about. I don't feel like going to the General forum, ever, because I know how much shit is constantly being thrown into that thing. So whenever I've visited the forums lately, it's been the audio forums, and even there I kinda feel like I'm just a redirecting bot. So I requested to be relieved of that duty. I'll stay audio mod, however... for now. Also, for anyone who would like to be a mod, know that unlike what I thought some years ago, being a mod is not anything near glamorous... at all. You just get to have a bigger stick in the eternal kindergarten war that is the internet.

2. My age
Since forever I've been lying about my age, adding 3 years to it because I thought I could be at least that mature. But I feel it's only making myself more distant from Newgrounds and everybody I know here because I have to create some kind of false identity and lie about other things. I had to lie about it before, I joined at age 11 so my birth year wasn't even on the list. But now it's just kinda stupid because now I'm older than a lot of the userbase. By the way, there's something to think about... I was made audio mod two and a half years ago, and so I was inarguably the youngest mod ever. Congrats Newgrounds admins- with your amazing sense of judgement, you gave special powers to a 12 year old kid with English as a second language. løl. I was BBSmodded later that year, at age 13, so that makes me the youngest BBS mod ever as well. Suckers.
